I heard people say don’t judge a book by it cover, but if you still listen to that, I’m sorry.
This generation judges book by its cover, and that’s why even a person who’s competent for role may loose it to someone who’s not even good at it at all.
When it comes to the questions as to whether you should buy a house or a car first,
I will want to answer that in 2 ways.
Base on my own experience and research.
I would personally say it depends on what you do with your life and which one matters the most.
If you are someone who constantly looks for connections and it has to do with the rich,
I will highly suggest you buy a car first. (Cars Dey bring connections)
You see for you to get million naira deal you have to look and own something worth millions too!
Buy a car first before buying a house.
Don’t get it wrong,
When you start building a house, and you don’t have a strong income stream, it will drain you financially.
I was in 100 level in the University, when I planned building my house. But I was stopped by someone who loved and cared for me, and the advise worked so well.
when you proceed to get a house while you are not certain the money will keep coming, you will be surprised that you are stocked in the middle of no where and you will abandon the project and regret the money wasted.
I’m not trying to say that the same thing applies to you, just check well and make see you are doing the right thing.
In my own opinion, getting car first will help you greatly, Car brings connections,
Don’t think people will trust you with big deals and say because they pity you, no! The world is not fair to the poor, you must prioritize what will chill with the rich, order to get that the table brings.
(I’m not saying you should manipulate things and get there. No! Just like playing the table tennis, if one lies and say he’s good and he’s not, he will soon be find out when the game starts, and maybe even lose his reputation)
I’m sure if you read through my articles you will see all my posts about cars are from personal experience, and it’s from personal experience I’m telling you this same thing.
(If you don’t have the money to buy a car and you deserve it, don’t settle for less, work more on your income stream and reduce how much you wasted, you will soon have enough to afford a car)
The older generations knew what worked best for them, and it may not apply to our own present generation.
So not everyone should advice you when it comes to this,
I’m telling you things base on the fact that I have experienced it.
Why you should think Twice
If you are a family man, you will have to reconsider which one is first, by thinking twice.
Car is important
Your family well being is important too, but I Will highly suggest you take that big step that will earn your connection and even take your family to the top once and for all.
I’m not married and it’s easier for me to do the things I did,
Car was easier for me to get, in-fact people even dash me cars till now because I have and likes attracts likes (forget how they defined it)
So having a car can make some things easier for you without lifting a finger, you will be welcome well, you will be treated well, you will be offer more good deals, you will receive a raise on the contract
My( but it depend on the car sha)
There’s nothing like this on the internet, I’m telling you this base on love and concern from my heart,
Do not let the noise get to you, don’t settle for less, Buy a car and used the car to get better conditions making your life easier.
